Getting up off the floor for older people is a key part of independence ensuring that they can properly clean their homes, play with young grandchildren and get up if they fall.

Arthritis, non-diagnosed discomfort, and ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) and meniscus injuries. These types of injuries require a visit to a doctor and physiotherapist for treatment and recovery exercises.
