Vintage Fitness has a team of older adult fitness specialists who have been training seniors exclusively since 2005. Our personal trainers work with you by video call to help you get stronger, improve your balance & your stamina.

Virtual Training really works!

  • "But I am not tech savvy!" Don't worry, we teach you how to do a video call step by step.
  • No computer? We can bring you a tablet.
  • No exercise equipment at home? We can send you some.
  • "Virtual Training won't work." Virtual training is different than in-person training but no less effective.
  • We are amazed at the strength, weight loss, and improvement in balance and stamina our virtual clients are achieving.
