Common questions about fall-prevention training

Is this safe if I have already had a fall or have a chronic condition?
Yes. Our trainers are specifically certified to work with older adults managing arthritis, osteoporosis, post-surgery recovery, balance disorders, and other common conditions. Every program starts with a thorough assessment, and we adapt every exercise to where you are today.
Do I need any equipment at my home?
No. Your trainer brings the small equipment we need, such as resistance bands, light weights, and a balance pad if appropriate. We use a sturdy chair and a clear wall space, and that is usually all that is required.
How long before I see results?
Most clients notice better balance and confidence within four to six weeks. The full 12-week program is designed to build lasting strength and habits, not a quick fix.
Is in-home or virtual training better for fall prevention?
In-home training is often the better choice if you are recovering from a fall, managing significant mobility limitations, or new to exercise. Virtual training works well for seniors who are comfortable moving independently, prefer a flexible schedule, or live outside our in-home service area. We will help you choose during your free consultation.
