Fall prevention- Dynamic balance exercises

In the final series of the fall prevention series I show you 3 unique dynamic balance exercises.  Falls happen in motion, missing a curb, tripping over a mat or mis-judging the height of a step.

It is important to balance train not only with static exercises but with more dynamic exercises.
