Wendy is a great trainer and is motivational as well as very positive. She has a different program each day so the sessions are always interesting. I feel fortunate to be working with Wendy and look forward to every visit. I feel stronger each week..
Wendy always has the perfect workout for me. When we schedule it, I mention what I would like to work on: abs, arms, cardio etc. She always tailors it to me. I have "creaky " knees, so sometimes we have to fine tune it.
My father is very proud of himself and is committed to keeping it up.
This is the best money I have ever spent on a gift for my Dad.
I have no doubt that we'd be dealing with a much different situation if it weren't for Wendy and the relationship she built with him, the confidence she helped build in him, and the awareness of what he is still capable of at nearly 80 years old.
I can't thank both of you enough.

Wendy has been a personal trainer for about 16 years now and has worked with older adults and special populations for about 10 years. Her calm yet inspiring nature makes her an ideal trainer to work with people 50+ that are new to exercise or experienced. She is always excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with those looking to make a healthy change in their life.
"Little changes made consistently can have a big impact"
In her spare time Wendy likes to travel, learn and spend time with family and friends. Currently she is working on her Spanish.
Every year Wendy looks to enhance her skills as a trainer and this year she is working on "Essentrics" Essentrics is a form of exercise that stretches and strengthens the body. It works for everyone from older adults to athletes. It helps to correct imbalances that may cause pain and mobility problems. And no equipment required. She should be ready to offer this training in the spring of 2017.
