Wendy has been a personal trainer for about 16 years now and has worked with older adults and special populations for about 10 years. Her calm yet inspiring nature makes her an ideal trainer to work with people 50+ that are new to exercise or experienced. She is always excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with those looking to make a healthy change in their life.

In her spare time Wendy likes to travel, learn and spend time with family and friends. Currently she is working on her Spanish.

Every year Wendy looks to enhance her skills as a trainer and this year she is working on "Essentrics" Essentrics is a form of exercise that stretches and strengthens the body. It works for everyone from older adults to athletes. It helps to correct imbalances that may cause pain and mobility problems. And no equipment required. She should be ready to offer this training in the spring of 2017.
