5 Tips to a Slimmer Waist
It doesn’t have to be hard. You don’t have to deprive yourself of the things you love. Try these 5 tips to make your weight loss journey easier.
- Eat breakfast! And not just toast and coffee. Add a couple of soft boiled or scrambled eggs and some berries. It will give you the energy you need to get moving.
- Eat whole foods. Stay away from packaged processed foods. There are all kinds of hidden things in them that are not good. If you cannot pronounce it you probably shouldn’t be eating it.
- So learn to read labels. And compare brands, you will be surprised to find what is in some of the foods you eat all the time.
- Pack a lunch, you will save money and calories. Who doesn’t want to do that! You can have exactly the healthy choice you want and it is there and ready when you are.
- And having healthy meals and snacks ready when you are hungry is key to stop you from overeating. Don’t wait too long to eat. That’s when we make poor choices and eat too much. Be prepared for those times. A snack in your car, briefcase or hand bag can save you buying that candy bar at the check out or gas station.
