Kimberley has worked with hundreds of older adults across leading senior care settings, including Shepherd Village, Newmarket Health Centre, and Scarborough Retirement Residence. In these roles, she designed and delivered both group and one-on-one fitness programs focused on strength, balance, flexibility, and functional movement.
Her programs emphasize real-life mobility. The movements that matter most: standing safely from a chair, navigating stairs confidently, improving your gait, and reducing fall risk. This is fitness designed around what you actually need to do every day.

What shapes Kimberley's approach most is her personal caregiving journey. For over a decade, she was an advocate and caregiver for her mother following a serious motor vehicle accident. Through this experience, she gained firsthand understanding of rehabilitation, mobility changes, and navigating the healthcare system. That lived experience translates into authentic empathy with both clients and their families.
