She designs safe, engaging, and personalized programs that focus on mobility, balance, and strength, while also supporting emotional and social well-being. Her approach is holistic and joyful—blending therapeutic recreation with exercise to make every session something her clients look forward to.

She helps her clients rediscover the joy of movement and build confidence in their abilities. Sara-May has experience supporting seniors with memory care needs and neurological conditions and always brings patience, empathy, and positivity to her work.
