Sara-May is a warm and enthusiastic personal trainer who specializes in helping older adults stay active, independent, and confident in their everyday lives. Her sessions are filled with positivity and encouragement, making clients feel supported from start to finish.
She creates personalized fitness programs that are both safe and enjoyable, with a strong focus on improving balance, strength, and mobility. Sara-May also understands that emotional and social wellbeing are just as important as physical health, and she brings that holistic mindset into every workout.
Her goal is to make movement something clients enjoy—not just something they feel they “should” do. With experience supporting seniors facing cognitive and neurological challenges, she brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her work.

Sara-May trains seniors in the Newmarket neighborhoods of Stonehaven-Wyndham, Glenway Estates, Woodland Hill, Armitage, and Summerhill Estates. She also serves clients in Downtown Toronto, including Rosedale-Moore Park, Yorkville, The Annex, Casa Loma, and Yonge-St. Clair.
