Vintage Fitness has a New Owner
Vintage Fitness has a New Owner!
I am excited to announce that Leigh Graham is the new owner of Vintage Fitness. I started the company in 2005 with the vision of strengthening older adults so that they could continue to do all of the activities they love and get stronger as each year passes. Nineteen years later and the team has grown to 20 senior fitness professionals across the GTA, a client success manager and an administrator. We are passionate about improving the lives of older adults with exercise and the team continues to learn and grow together. I am immensely proud of the Vintage Fitness team.
I decided to sell Vintage Fitness to give me the opportunity to explore and learn new things and wanted Vintage Fitness to benefit from fresh energy and ideas. Leigh will be an amazing owner. I have known her for years and her knowledge and passion for seniors’ fitness is incredible. She embodies our core values of knowledge, empathy and grit and cares deeply about our trainers and clients. Leigh has a degree in Kinesiology and has been training older adults for the past 20 years. If you have been reading my blogs over the last 15 years thank you for going on this journey with me. It is both with a heavy heart and excitement that I close out my last blog.
Good Luck
Erin
