How Does Outdoor Personal Training Work?

- Is outdoor personal training effective?Most of our senior clients don’t need large pieces of gym equipment to improve their strength, balance and stamina. We focus on functional strength and working outdoors has some great benefits including ensuring our clients are safe on their walks, using natural hills to build stamina and the brain health benefits and endorphins of being outside.
- Don’t you need exercise equipment in a personal training session?
Our personal trainers bring exercise equipment such as exercise bands and balls in our outdoor sessions. If you are working in a park we use things like park benches as a part of your session. - What happens if it rains?
We chose outdoor locations that have a covered option such as your back garden and sessions can be cancelled the day before if the forecast is bad. - I am a private person and don’t want my session outside
I understand that privacy outdoors is an issue for some clients. If you have a back garden the session can be completely private. If you are working in a park we will find a quiet area and time to work with you.
