What will post isolation personal training look like?
Today Doug Ford announced what phase 1 opening after isolation in Ontario involves. The team at Vintage Fitness has been working hard to continue to motivate, strengthen and ensure that clients are doing the right exercises the right way virtually and it works! That said, some clients prefer seeing their trainer in person and are excited about getting back to in-person training. Our priority is ensuring the safety and health of our clients and our team. An advantage of in-home training is that you don’t have to go to a gym and expose yourself to large groups of people.

|What does it involve?||Clients use their tablet, computer or smartphone and have 1:1 personal training to ensure their fitness doesn't backslide in isolation||Trainers meet clients in their backyards or condo gardens for their training||Trainers work in client’s homes and condo gyms|
|Is it safe?||Absolutely- no risk||Trainers and clients will be outside.
