As the weather cools here in Toronto it is easy to shrug the shoulders up causing tension in the upper back and neck.  Many people carry their tension here which can result in headaches and lack of mobility in the neck and shoulders.  In the video below, Vintage Fitness personal trainer Kristy shows you a series of seated at home stretches that  you can do to ease neck pain and stiffness.
