Sneaking exercise into your day. Sitting at your computer
This is week three of a blog series all about sneaking exercise into your day. Over the last few weeks I have shown you ways to sneak exercise into your everyday life. This blog series is perfect for people who feel unmotivated or too busy to exercise but know they they need to be moving and stretching their bodies more often.
The idea of this three week blog series is to provide a common trigger that most people do in their day to remind you to sneak some exercise into your day.
This week the trigger is when you are sitting at your desk.
1. Chest Stretch
Great exercise for releasing tight chest muscle and for posture.
2. Back Stretch
Most of us are tight in our hips which can lead to low back pain and issues walking properly. This stretch is also great for people that suffer from sciatica.
3.Seated Hamstring Stretch
Use a stool stretch out the back of your legs and your lower back while you are sitting at your desk. This stretch feels great and will improve your walking performance.
