Yoga for seniors

Vintage Fitness is an at home personal training company in Toronto, Canada.  We specialize in energizing the lives of people over 50 with exercise.

Clients are often interested in doing yoga but are concerned that some of the poses will hurt their arthritic knees or will be too difficult for them.  The Vintage Fitness personal training team is specialized to modify poses to make them work for every body.  At its core yoga is about creating quiet space in your life and taking deep breaths.
