Vintage Fitness welcomes a new trainer



I would like to welcome Renay Cohen to the Vintage Fitness personal training team.   Renay has extensive education and experience teaching fitness to people over 50. She studied Gerontology at George Brown College and is a Fitness specialist and Personal Trainer for adults and seniors. Her expertise/background combine; Yoga, Pilates, Cardio/ Dance/Movement, Dynamic Strength/Stretch, Balance/Falls Prevention, Personal Training, Gerontology, Wellness Coaching and Arts Therapy. She works both one on one and in a group setting. 

Renay’s wellness philosophy  given her 15 years experience is, “As long as we are living and breathing, we can feel vital and energized, with just a little exercise every day regardless of age or health concern.”

Renay will provide programs that combine strong, flexible and fluid mobility from head to toe.

Renay work with clients in downtown Toronto, East York, Cabbagetown, and the Annex
