Vintage Fitness has developed a 12 week small group weight loss program tailored for people over 50.  

  • Learn to lose weight through lifestyle change, not deprivation dieting
  • 12 one hour workshop with 30 minutes of weight loss coaching and 30 minutes of exercise
  • Each week a new lesson will educate and empower you to make changes to your lifestyle.
  • Each week walk away with a plan designed by you and your coach to achieve your goals.
