Learn to lose weight through lifestyle change, not deprivation dieting


•12 one hour workshop with 30 minutes of weight loss coaching and 30 minutes of exercise


•Each week a new lesson will educate and empower you to make changes to your lifestyle.


•Each week walk away with a plan designed by you and your coach to achieve your goals.
