Your Voice, Your Webinars: Help Us Choose What's Next

Four older adults smiling on a video webinar call, with the headline Free Webinars, Stay Curious, Keep Learning and Connect With Us

Have you joined one of our free webinars yet? If not, we'd love for you to come to the next one. You can even help choose the topic by casting your vote.

Our webinars are a relaxed, friendly way to learn about things that matter to you and to connect with our team and a whole community of other older adults. At Vintage Fitness, we specialize in helping seniors get stronger, but we also believe that staying healthy as we age means staying curious, asking questions, learning new things, and staying connected with people. That's exactly what these sessions are for.

Each webinar is a chance to learn something new, hear from an expert, and spend a little time together, all from the comfort of your own home.

Help Us Choose the Next Webinar Topic

We're always looking for practical topics that help you feel your best and stay active and independent, and the polls are open right now. Here's what's on the list:

  • AI for Seniors: Curious how artificial intelligence can make daily life a little easier, and how to spot it? Learn the basics and some genuinely useful ways to put it to work.
  • Fascial Stretch Therapy: A gentle approach to stretching that may help with flexibility, mobility, and feeling more comfortable in your body.
  • Nervous System Regulation: Explore the link between your nervous system, stress, relaxation, and overall well-being.
  • Maintaining Independence: What you can do today to protect your strength, mobility, confidence, and independence for the years ahead.
  • Q&A with a Naturopath: Bring your questions for a naturopath who works specifically with seniors.

You can pick more than one, and it takes less than a minute. Vote for your favourite topics here.

Always Free, and Always There When You Need Them

Did we mention these webinars are completely free? They're also saved in our webinar library so you can watch anytime. We really do recommend the live experience, though. That's where you can ask a question, add to the conversation, or simply hear someone else say something and think, "I've wondered about that too."

Join In as Much or as Little as You Like

You can take part as much or as little as you like. Ask questions, join in, or just pour a cup of tea and listen. There's no pressure, just a chance to learn and spend some time with others.

Staying curious, trying something new, and getting your questions answered: it's interesting, it's empowering, and it keeps us sharp.

What Our Community Says

Our members tell us the webinars are one of their favourite ways to stay connected and keep learning:

"My experience with Vintage Fitness has been very positive. From the beginning, they demonstrated a great interest in helping people get more physically fit, but with an emphasis on doing so in a fun way. Their website is full of helpful information and their webinars are very useful."

Janet Mannone, Google Review

"Have attended virtual classes and webinar. Info is helpful and virtual group training offered through Covid-19 situation was excellent. Trainers very mindful of their client base (older adults) and offering plenty of motivation and reassurance on techniques."

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is it important that I vote?
Your vote tells us what you actually want to learn about, so we spend our time on the topics that matter most to you. The more votes a topic gets, the sooner it moves to the top of our schedule. It takes less than a minute, and it genuinely shapes what we offer next.
What topics are most older adults interested in?
The most popular requests tend to be practical ones: staying independent at home, keeping good balance and mobility, managing stress, and understanding new tools like AI. That's exactly why those made this season's list, and your vote helps us rank them.
Which webinar is your most popular?
One of our most popular sessions is Getting Off the Floor, a practical favourite because knowing how to get back up safely gives so many older adults real peace of mind. You can watch it, along with our other past sessions, anytime in our webinar library on YouTube.
Do I have to turn my camera on or speak?
Not at all. You're welcome to join in and ask questions, or simply listen quietly. You choose how much you take part, and there's never any pressure.
