Leigh is the owner of Vintage Fitness and a dedicated seniors fitness specialist with nearly 20 years of experience. She understands firsthand how physical activity supports not just physical health, but cognitive wellness as well. Leigh will discuss the science behind how different types of physical activity benefit brain health and why movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for supporting cognitive function.
Cindy Cashman, RN - Executive Director, Qualicare
Cindy is a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of healthcare experience, including critical care and nursing leadership. As Executive Director of Qualicare, a nurse-led private home care provider, Cindy brings a warm, clinical, and family-centered approach to supporting older adults. She understands the full picture of how lifestyle affects brain health and will discuss the comprehensive factors—beyond just exercise—that influence cognitive wellness in aging.
