I hope everyone is keeping well and enjoying this slightly cooler weather — it's definitely inspiring me to get outside and walk more!
And on that note, I'd like to share a special message from our Client Success Manager, Sid Finkelstein:
I recently had a significant birthday. According to those who follow the Buddhist faith, this birthday was important because I have now experienced 1,000 new moons in my lifetime.
Having attended camp as a child, I’m certain it played a role in contributing to my longevity.
The YMCA Charity 5K raises funds to provide transformational camp experiences for more kids — and this cause is near to my heart.
On Saturday, September 27th, the YMCA Charity 5K returns for its second year with a fundraising goal of $245,000 to help send over 600 kids to camp. We would love the support of the Vintage Fitness community.
You can contribute online, or you can join my team of runners and walkers — the Vintage Fitness Fall Prevention Team — in person!
