At Vintage Fitness, we focus exclusively on adults aged 50+, and we’ve been doing it since 2005. Our trainers understand how to work with health limitations, injuries, and setbacks while helping you safely progress toward your fitness goals. Meet Alyssar Taychouri

Alyssar brings five years of experience training seniors in the community. Her approach is simple: keep fitness safe, supportive, and effective. She focuses on improving balance, strength, and mobility—essential for everyday safety and independence.

What inspired her to become a personal trainer?
“I’ve always had a passion for health and staying active, but what really inspired me was seeing how much fitness can change someone’s life. I love helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health.”

Training Philosophy:
“My approach is all about keeping things simple, safe, and effective. I aim to create a space where seniors can move at their own pace and feel good about their progress.”

Fun Fact: Alyssar has even competed in HYROX—a functional fitness race that pushes endurance and strength. Her enthusiasm for movement shines through in every session.
