John has been working within the health sciences field since 2007 as a Certified Personal Trainer and more recently as a Registered Kinesiologist. During this time John has been able to work with many people with very different goals. John began working with adults over the age of 55 in 2012 where he worked in various research labs during his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia, focusing on maintaining strength, mobility and independence. More recently John completed his Masters degree at the University of Western Ontario where he explored the effects of exercise and physical activity on cognitive decline. John is passionate about working with those who are looking to change their lifestyle and take on a healthier way of life, by also improving their mobility and independence.
