Sina is a compassionate and experienced fitness professional dedicated to helping older adults live healthier, more independent lives. With over four years of experience and a Personal Trainer Certification from NASM, Sina brings a thoughtful, safety-first approach to every workout.
His passion for personal training grew from his love of helping people achieve their goals—whether it’s regaining strength to walk without assistance or building confidence through movement. He creates personalized programs that focus on improving balance, mobility, posture, and strength using proven, senior-friendly methods.
Sina believes fitness should be enjoyable, not intimidating. That’s why he meets each client where they are and designs routines that are both safe and motivating. He’s fluent in English and Persian (Farsi) and offers both in-home and virtual training for added flexibility.
