I believe and advocate that physical activity is essential for the well-being of every one of us - regardless of age, lifestyle, weight, or health issues.
Exercise impacts all our bodily systems - our heart and lungs work more efficiently, our brain functions better, our nutrition and digestion systems improve, while our bodies become more flexible and agile, enhancing our daily sleep and especially our mood.
At a time in one’s life when most people start slowing down, I decided to pursue fitness coaching - not only to improve my own physical, mental, and social well-being, but also to encourage others (especially older adults) to become more active and realize the benefits of exercise. Whether you are struggling to navigate an injury or health issue or are someone who wants to continue to be vital and independent, exercise will enrich your daily life and increase your lifespan.
When we work out together, we will have fun, and you will be amazed at the difference exercise makes to your life.
