Personal Trainer Humber Valley, Etobicoke
In home training & Virtual training.
Hello, I'm Limay. My whole career has centred on one idea: movement helps people hold on to more than their physical abilities. It protects their confidence, their independence and their quality of life. With more than 17 years in physical education, therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation, I have seen how the right program can change what an older adult is able to do every single day.
I hold a Master's Degree in Pedagogy and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, and I trained as a Physical Rehabilitation Assistant. That mix shapes how I work. I don't simply demonstrate an exercise. I explain it, adapt it to your abilities, watch how you respond, and build the program up safely from there.
What I love most is training the body and the mind together. Alongside strength, balance, mobility and coordination, I use cognitive-motor and dual-task activities that challenge both at once. My rehabilitation background means I am comfortable adapting movements for different abilities and limitations, so we can keep making progress whatever your starting point.
My philosophy is simple. Exercise should be functional, but it should also be something you enjoy. Through playful movement, coordination challenges and memory activities, I want each session to feel worth looking forward to. I am a native Spanish speaker and also work in English, so Spanish-speaking seniors and their families are very welcome to train in whichever language feels most comfortable.
