With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Leila brings her lifelong passion for sports and healthy living to every client she supports. From a young age, Leila has been driven by the belief that a healthy lifestyle is key to a fulfilling life. This passion inspired her to become a personal trainer dedicated to helping others—especially seniors—feel stronger, more independent, and more confident in their daily lives.
Leila's approach to senior fitness is rooted in patience, motivation, and empathy. She believes in creating custom programs tailored to each client's unique needs and abilities, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain confidence. Her sessions focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and movement—always delivered with encouragement and care.
One of Leila's most memorable experiences involved working with a 75-year-old client who had undergone double knee replacement surgery. When they began training, the client relied on a walker. After eight months of consistent corrective exercise under Leila’s guidance, the client was walking independently. This transformation speaks to Leila’s skill and her deep commitment to improving her clients’ quality of life.
