Personal Trainer Brampton and North Mississauga
In home training.
Hello, I’m Chetan. I became a personal trainer because I love helping people become stronger, more confident and more independent through exercise. Over the years I’ve seen how consistent, individualized training improves not just physical fitness, but mobility, confidence and everyday quality of life — and for older adults, that difference can be life-changing.
I bring more than 16 years in the fitness industry, including personal training, coaching and gym management. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including seniors and individuals living with mobility and balance limitations, wheelchair users, arthritis, and clients returning to exercise after major surgery. My background in physical education and yoga has helped me develop a well-rounded approach to movement, mobility and safe, steady progress.
With older adults, my approach is individualized, safe and progressive. I focus on building strength, mobility, balance, stability and confidence, while respecting each person’s current abilities and limitations. I start with an appropriate assessment, choose exercises that are practical and meaningful to you, and progress gradually as your strength and movement quality improve.
My goal is simple: to help you move better, stay independent and enjoy an active lifestyle — in the comfort of your own home.
