Sughandhat has a wealth of experience improving the well being of seniors. He started as a doctor in India and has worked as a wellness coach in Eastern Canada and a biomechanics consultant. He has extensive experience advising clients on nutrition and is specialized to work with clients recovering from injuries and surgeries. He is hard working, warm and absolutely loves his dog.

During training for Atlantic University Sport Track and Field, I sustained a rather painful hamstring injury that looked like it would have me out for quite some time. Upon receiving this injury, I began to work with Sugandhit, who’s knowledge and expertise within the field was crucial to successfully rehabbing the injury and getting me back onto the field.
Using an in-depth, thorough evaluation, Sugandhit’s professional approach provided me a clear and positive road to recovery that I would not have thought possible at the time. He provided me with proper stretches, movement techniques, and rehabilitative exercises to ensure that I would be able to return to the sport with confidence and the ability to perform at the same level if not higher than before.
