I have been struggling with a health issue for a number of years and therefore haven't been particularly successful with improving my physical abilities. I started working with Karel because of her professionalism and knowledge. We started out slowly and as a result, I was able to build up my stamina and greatly improve my strength. Our sessions were challenging but also very appropriate for my fitness level. I was especially impressed with her attention to detail and emphasis on using the proper form while performing the various exercises. Being a senior, she also stressed the importance of working on my balance. I have seen such great improvement and feel much healthier and happier as a result of our work together. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to better their quality of life to work with Karel for an improved fitness level. It's also important to note that not only is she encouraging but she has a good sense of humour and is kind.
