Renay Cohen is a Recreation, Fitness specialist and Personal Trainer for adults and seniors. Her expertise/background combine; Yoga, Pilates, Cardio/ Dance/Movement, Dynamic Strength/Stretch, Balance/Falls Prevention, Personal Training, Gerontology, Wellness Coaching and Arts Therapy. She works both one on one and in a group setting.
Renay’s wellness philosophy given her 15 years experience is, “As long as we are living and breathing, we can feel vital and energized, with just a little exercise every day regarding of age or health concern.”
Renay will provide programs that combine strong, flexible and fluid mobility from head to toe.
