Nordic Walking tailored for older adults is now available in Toronto

Walking with poles is better than without:

  • uses more muscles including your abdominals, shoulders, upper chest and back
  • increases stability and reduces the chances of falling
  • decreases the stress on the hips and knees

You can use your own poles or e-mail jackie@vintagefitness.ca for pole recommendations.
